摘要 针对传统电磁流量计在测量精度、信息存储、人机操作等方面存在的不足,提出了一种新型智能电磁流量计设计方案。系统基于S3C6410微处理器和Linux操作系统,采用新型励磁方式,以Qt/Embedded为GUI开发环境,并运用电子、数据库和网络通信等技术,完成了系统的软、硬件设计,实现了数据采集与处理、人机交互、以太网通信及测量数据的存储和管理等功能。研究表明:仪表工作稳定可靠,具有测量精度高、人机交互性好、网络功能强大等特点。 A novel intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter was proposed,as to overcome the shortage of traditional electromagnetic flowmeter in measuring accuracy,information storage,human-machine operation,etc.This system was based on S3C6410 microprocessor and Linux operating system.The design adopted new excitation way,and with Qt/Embedded as GUI developing environment.The design also included the technologies of electronic,database,network communication,which were used for implementing the functions of data acquisition and processing,human-machine interaction,ethernet communication,as well as data storage and management.Studies show that this instrument is stable and reliable,and processes the characteristics of high reliability,friendly human-machine interface,and strong network function,etc.
