摘要
针对现有超声测距系统测距距离短、精度不高的缺点,提出了一种利用积分电路进行距离增益补偿的方法,设计实现了以C8051F320单片机为控制器的超声测距仪。该系统采用超声收发一体化防水传感器,利用发射超声波与反射回波时间差来测量待测距离,并实时测量环境温度以修正超声波传播速度。实验表明:系统性能稳定,精度高、量程大,有广阔的应用前景。
Considering the disadvantages of present ultrasonic range measurement system,such as short range,poor precision,this paper presented a distance compensation method by using a kind of integrating circuit.The design achieved ultrasonic ranger with C8051F320 single chip microcomputer as the controller.The system adopted ultrasonic send-receive integrated waterproof sensor,used time difference between launch ultrasonic wave and reflection echo to measure tested distance,and modify ultrasonic speed velocity by measuring present environment temperature.The experiment shows the system has stable performance,high ptecision,large range,and will have a broad application prospect.
