System of Controller Rail in Coal Mine Based on PLC and CC1100

摘要 针对目前矿井下司控道岔系统存在通信故障无法实时检测和转辙机控制可靠性的问题,设计了一种改进方案。该方案采用无线传输模块CC1100,实现无线遥控装置命令编码的发送和接收,设计命令协议,实现接收器对遥控器的应答,以确定通信故障是否存在。PLC根据收到的信息帧所指向的道岔编号,通过控制转辙机实现对该道岔的搬动,同时还可实现对道岔状态的检测与反馈。实践证明:该系统除了可以实现交互信息传递,增加控制可靠性外,还实现了一对多的控制,节约了成本,操作更具有实用性。 To solve the problem that communication faults could not be detected real-timely and controlling switch machine is not unreliable existing in the system of controller rail in coal mine.This paper presented a new method,implemented the transmitting and receiving of wireless remote control command code with wireless transfer module CC1100,designed some command protocols to implement the response from receiver to transistor,which can make sure whether the communication faults exist.PLC controlled the movement of specified switch machine to implement the rail moving according to the ID in information frame received from transmitter and implemented the detection and feedback of rail state.Practice proves that this system implementes transmission of the interactive information,enhances reliability of the control,and achieves the control types of one to many,saves the cost and makes the operation more practical.
