摘要
设计了一种基于脉冲反射式的超声波测厚系统,系统采用AVR Atmega128单片机作为控制芯片,并包含超声波发射电路、接收电路、放大电路、LCD显示电路、键盘电路、232通信电路、计数器电路,另外通过软件部分的设计实现了精确测量、丰富的信息量实时的显示、并把测量的数据通过串口传输到PC中进行分析与比较。以钢板为试样对系统进行了性能的测试,得出数据并给出了测量误差产生的原因。
This paper designed a ultrasonic thickness measurement system based on the pulse reflex.The system used the AVR Atmega128 single-chip processor as control chip,and it included the ultrasound circuit,receiving circuit,amplifying circuit,LCD display circuit,keyboard circuit,232 communication circuit and counter circuit.Through the software,it realized the precise measurement,the display of luxuriant information at anytime.At last the measured data was transmitted to PC by the serial port to make the comparison and analysis.With steel plate as the sample,a functional test was conducted for the system,and the paper presented the reasons of the measurement error based on the experimental data.
