摘要
为了解决传统在线分析仪器的稳定性差、测量精度低等问题,研制了一种基于新型数字传感器S-Module的智能在线分析仪器。重点介绍了数字传感器的分析原理和主要特点,以及分析仪器主要模块的软硬件系统设计。此外在该分析平台基础上还可以增加除数字传感器之外的检测器,使之真正成为模块化组合式多通道智能分析仪器。测试结果表明:该分析仪器响应快,测量精度高,抗干扰能力强,具有很好的实用价值。
In order to resolve the problem of the traditional online analyzer,such as poor stability and low measurement precision,a new intelligent online analyzer was designed based on a new digital sensor S-Module.This paper focused on the digital sensor analysis principle and main characteristics,and introduced the design of software and hardware system in the main modules of the analyzer.Besides,to become a real modular and multichannel intelligent analyzer,other detectors can be used in this analysis platform.Experimental results prove that this analyzer has the characteristics of fast response,high measurement precision,strong anti-interference ability and has a high practical value.
