摘要
随着柴油机颗粒物排放法规的不断严格,颗粒物捕集器被广泛使用以去除尾气中的颗粒物。为了精确地监测尾气中的颗粒物排放,就需要采用新型的颗粒物传感器。该传感器需要有足够的耐热性和承受力,并且能够忍受恶劣的排气环境。文中介绍了几种国内外新型颗粒物传感器的工作原理及其研究方法,其中通过流场模拟对电阻传感器进行了研究,分析了电容传感器电场强制收集方法的碳烟收集效率,对电化学传感器电极加入离聚物后的变化进行了对比分析,并引入了有应用前景的颗粒物传感器。
With the diesel engine particulate matter emission regulations strictly continuously,diesel particulate filter(DPF)is widely used to remove the particulate matter(PM)in the exhaust gas.To detect PM emissions accurately,the new type sensors are needed.Sufficient heat resistance,endurance and the harsh environment of the exhaust are necessary for these sensors.This paper introduced the working principle and research method of several kinds of domestic and foreign sensors.The flow field was simulated for resistive soot sensor,the forcible soot collection method was presented for the capacitance PM sensor,the electrode of electrochemical sensor added ionomer was analyzed,and the sensors with application prospect were introduced.
