摘要
针对目前海量数据难于实时存储的问题,设计了以FPGA器件为核心处理芯片,FLASH和大容量SD卡为存储介质的高速同步多信号的数据采集系统设计方案,其中SD卡采用FAT32文件系统作为数据存储形式。此外,系统采用多路开关方式进行信号通道选择,多片高速A/D器件流水工作,提高数据采集速度,保证采样率和采样精。最后,系统采集的数据可由USB接口传送到计算机进行显示和分析,也可用通用读卡器读取SD卡数据,进行数据分析。
For the difficulty of huge data to real-time storage,this synchronous high-speed multi-signal data acquisition system was based on the FPGA,which was a major processor,FLASH memory and high-capacity SD card as the storage medium.FAT32 file system was used as a form of data storage.In addition,the system used multi-channel switch mode to select signal channels and high-speed A/D converters with assembly line work to improve the speed of data acquisition and the sampling rate to ensure the sampling accuracy.The acquisited data can be displayed and analyzed by the host computer via the USB interface,or read SD card by universal card reader directly.
