摘要 目前,石油工业中硫化氢气体监测采用的有线数据传输方式需要大量的线缆,布线工作繁重,系统成本较高。设计无线的硫化氢气体监测系统面临的主要问题是传感器节点的功耗控制。基于ZigBee无线网络技术设计了由电池供电的低功耗无线数据采集系统。详细介绍了系统构成以及终端节点的硬件和软件设计,通过选用低功耗的电子器件和优化软件流程,降低系统功耗,延长电池寿命。通过测试表明:系统具有功耗低,覆盖范围广,抗干扰能力强等特点,具有较强的实用价值。 At present in oil industry,hydrogen sulfide gas monitoring data is transmitted in cable.There is a large numbers of cable,the heavy work of wiring,and a higher cost in system.Design of wireless monitoring system,the first problem is to control the wireless sensor node power consumption.Based on ZigBee,a low-power wireless data acquisition system powered by a lithium battery was designed.Hardware circuit design and software process of the system was described in detail.Through the use of low power consumption devices and optimize the software process,it reduced the system power consumption.The actual test demonstrates that the system has low power consumption,large coverage range,strong anti-jamming capability and strong practical value.
