摘要
介绍了基于ZigBee技术与ARM处理器的新型液化气灌装系统。系统分别采用S3C6410和LPC2388为核心来构建基站和电子秤。硬件电路采用模块化设计,提高了灌装控制精度与可靠性。提出了基于USB存储模块来实现气瓶档案数据本地化的方法以优化性能。软件部分论述了电子秤软件架构和基于嵌入式实时操作系统uCOS-Ⅱ下的任务实现,给出了基站软件流程。经实际应用证明:该新型液化气灌装系统具有良好的应用推广价值。
This paper introduced a new liquefied gas filling system based on ZigBee technology and the ARM processor.S3C6410 and LPC2388 were used as the main controllers to build base stations and electronic scales in this system.The modular design method was used in hardware circuit to improve the accuracy and reliability of filling control.By means of the USB storage module cylinders files data was stored in the scale,which optimized the filling performance.In the software section,it discussed the software architecture for electronic scale.Under the embedded real-time operating system uCOS-Ⅱ,specific tasks running in electronic scale were described.The base station software process was introduced.Actual application proves the new liquefied gas filling system has a good application value.
