摘要
提出了一种基于电流跟踪型单相全桥逆变电路的硬磁材料充退磁技术方案,该方案利用双轭型电磁铁磁化装置产生铝镍钴磁性材料充退磁所需要的交流减幅磁化磁场,并通过磁化装置的磁化磁场强度及磁化电流双环控制技术,实现对硬磁材料的定量充退磁。搭建了基于TMS320F2812数字处理器的充退磁系统,试验结果验证了技术的可行性。
A magnetizing and demagnetizing technique based on current tracking type single-phase bridge inverter for hard magnetic material was proposed.A double choking electromagnet equipment was used to generate a continuous AC decaying amplitude magnetic field which was applied to the Aluminum nickel-cobalt magnetic material.By employing a dual-loop control strategy which contains magnetic field intensity outside loop and magnetization current inside loop,the quantitative magnetizing can be realized.A TMS320F2812 DSP based hardware system is set up and the experimental results verify the feasibility of the technique.
