摘要
利用凉山州17站近40年10m风塔及部分区域站风的观测资料,对风速的年际变化、月变化、日变化及代表站点的风速频率、有效风时数、平均风能密度进行了计算和统计,并结合地形地貌进行了分析。结果表明:凉山州风资源地形效应显著、季节性强、风向稳定。以德昌为代表的安宁河沿线风资源较为丰富,是风资源可利用区;盐源、普格、喜德县境内一些风速较大的平坝、山口、河谷为风资源季节性可利用区;雷波、金阳、木里等县的大部分地区风资源贫乏。
Based on the observation data of 10m wind tower and a part of the regional automatic observation stations in re- cent 40 years in Liangshan, the yearly, seasonal and daily changes of wind speed and the frequency of wind speed, effective hours of wind speed and the average density of wind speed of representative observation station are calculated and carried out to statistics, meanwhile the observation data is also analyzed considering the landforms. The results indicate that: terrain effect of wind resources is obvious, and the wind direction is stable but seasonal changes of it are striking in Liangshan; the wind re- sources of the area surrounding the Arming River are so abundant that can be developed and used easily ; the wind resources can be used seasonally at some flats,laks and valleys in the counties of Yanyuan, Puge and Xide; in most parts of Leibo, Jinyang and Muli, the wind resources are poor with little use value.
