白龙湖库区人工增雨最佳作业时机分析 被引量:2

摘要 对于白龙湖库区实施人工增雨作业,需要针对该区域进行精细化的预报,必须提前1~2天预测该区域有无作业天气条件,才能确定是否提前安排作业人员到位,在降雨发生时才能捕捉到最佳作业时机。本文选取了2011年7月5~6日的强降雨天气过程,对广元市白龙湖库区开展的人工增雨作业进行了详细剖析,从地形影响、环流形式、作业方式、雷达资料、区域站雨量监测、卫星云图等,多方面分析了在白龙湖库区实施地面人工增雨作业时如何把握最佳作业时机。 Bailonghu reservoir area is carried out artificial precipitation operation, which needs a refinement of the forecast for the region. And the forecast must be 1 - 2 days in advance to make sure that whether or not the region is prepared according to the weather condition. Then workers can prearrange operating personnel in place, and when the rainfall occurs workers can capture the best optimal timing of operation. This article is based on the heavy rainfall weather process from July fifth to sixth in 2011. The paper analyzes detailedly the topographic influence, circulation forms, practices, radar data, regional rainfall monitoring stations, satellite images, etc. about the artificial precipitation operation of Bailonghu reservoir area. And the paper also omnifariously analyzes that how to grasp the best opportunity on the implementation of the ground in the Bailonghu reservoir artificial rainfall operations.
