淮麦系列品种/系(轮回选择)与引进资源的SSR遗传差异分析

摘要 为了在轮回选择群体中不断引入新的优良基因,以便更好地利用轮回选择群体培育新品种。本试验以27对SSR引物对本所利用轮回选择选育的品种/系与引进的澳大利亚及长江中下游种质资源共76份进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明,27对引物共检测到163个等位变异,每个引物检测到的等位变异数目2~11个,平均6.04个,27对SSR位点的遗传多态性信息含量(PIC)0.13~0.89。品种/系间的遗传相似系数(GS)0.61~1。聚类结果把这些品种/系分为4大类,聚类结果在一定程度上反映了品种/系间的亲缘关系。 New good genes in the recurrent selection population were introduced in order to make better use of recurrent selection population and breed new cultivars.The genetic diversity among 76 wheat cultivars from Huaimai wheat cultivars(recurrent selection),Australia resources and the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River resources were detected by 27 pairs of SSR primers.The results showed that 163 alleles were revealed by 27 SSR primers,and 2-11alleles were detected by each SSR primer with the average of 6.04 alleles,the PIC(polymorphism information content) value ranged from 0.13 to 0.89 for each SSR locus.The genetic similarity(GS) among accessions varied from 0.61 to 1.The accessions were divided into four groups by the cluster analysis,which revealed the genetic relationship among cultivars in some degree.
