摘要
采用平皿计数法和抑菌圈法研究了24种农药助剂对稻瘟病生防菌短短小芽孢杆菌TW-2菌株菌体和芽孢存活的影响。结果表明,供试的24种农药助剂中有11种农药助剂(D425、D450、D500、EFW、500、505、507、AEO-5、AEO-9、NP-10、OP-10)在供试浓度范围内(12.5~100 g.L-1)可以完全杀灭短短小芽孢杆菌TW-2菌株的菌体和芽孢,其它助剂随着浓度的提高,对菌体和芽孢存活的抑制作用也越大。在24种农药助剂中,U-3A和By-110对菌体和芽孢的存活影响最小,可用于短短小芽孢杆菌TW-2菌株固体制剂和液体制剂加工中的湿润展布剂。
Effects of 24 pesticide adjuvants on the survival of thallus and spore of Bacillus pumilus TW-2 strain were studied by flat-dish numberation and inhibition zone.The results showed that the 11 pesticide adjuvants of all could kill the whole thallus and spore of Bacillus pumilus TW-2 strain at the dose of 12.5-100 g·L-1 and the others had more inhibition of the thallus and spore of Bacillus pumilus TW-2 strain with the increase of their concentration.Of which U-3A and By-110 were the best adjuvant for solid dosage form and liquid dosage form of Bacillus pumilus TW-2 strain,respectively.
