广西桑树细菌性枯萎病病原菌的分离与鉴定 被引量:8

摘要 近年在广西的桑园中发现一种新细菌病害—桑树细菌性枯萎病,从病桑根部和茎部组织经组织分离法获得3个细菌菌株,选择1个典型菌株GXE001进行接种桑树,接种后发病症状与自然发病症状一致,并从接种病株上又重新分离到了此病原细菌,柯赫法则证明GXE001菌株为该病的致病菌。通过形态学观察、常规生理生化指标测定、16S rDNA序列测定和同源性分析,鉴定GXE001菌株为Enterobacter cloacae。 In recent years,mulberry bacterial wilt as a new bacterial disease was found in Guangxi mulberry orchards.Three strains were isolated from the root and stalk of diseased mulberry trees via tissue separation method.Strain GXE001,the typical strain,was inoculated with mulberry trees,which accorded with the traits of the natural diseased mulberry trees.Then strain GXE001 was identified as the pathogen based on Koch's postulates and pathogenicity test.By morphological observation,common physiological and biochemical test,16S rDNA sequences analysis and homology analysis,GXE001 was determined as Enterobacter cloacae.
