摘要
利用化学软件、人工修正和批数据处理相结合的方法,获取中医药规范、有效的化学成分二维和三维结构信息,以解决不同数据来源的中医药化学成分二维和三维结构的统一、综合和检索问题。得出利用现有中医药信息构建中医药化学成分结构信息知识库是加快实现中医药现代化的一项重要内容的结论。
The paper obtains information of 2-D and 3-D structure of effective chemical constituents of traditional Chinese medicine by combination of chemical software, artificial modification and batch data processing, to resolve unity, synthesis and retrieval problems of 2-D and 3-D structure of chemical constituents of traditional Chinese medicine from different data resources. It also draws a conclusion that constructing repository of information of structure of traditional Chinese medicine＇s chemical constituents is an im- portant part of accelerating modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
