摘要
论述了科技文献在科技创新中的重要作用和我国科技文献共享服务平台建设的必要性,分析了我国科技文献共享服务平台建设情况及建设模式,介绍了厦漳泉科技文献共享服务平台的建设模式及建设方案,最后提出推进厦漳泉科技文献共享服务平台建设的若干设想。
The paper discusses the important roles of sci-tech document in sci-tech innovation and the necessity of constructing sci-tech document sharing service platform in China, analyses status quo and model of construction of sci-tech docment sharing service platform in China, and introduces model and scheme of Xiamen-Zhangzhou-Quanzhou sci-tech document sharing service platform. Fi- nally, it presents some ideas for boosting construction of this platform.
