摘要 目的探讨促红细胞生成素(EPO)和促红细胞生成素受体(EPO-R)在肺癌组织中的表达规律。方法从接受根治性手术的患者获得肺癌组织,其中包括肺鳞状细胞癌12例,肺腺癌15例。采用免疫组化方法检测肺癌组织中EPO-R的表达情况;肺癌组织匀浆后,利用ELISA法检测肺癌组织中的EPO含量。结果肺癌组织中EPO含量与肺癌患者的病理类型、组织分化程度及有无淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。肺癌组织中EPO-R的表达高于癌周组织(P<0.05)。结论 EPO进入肺癌组织中EPO可以与EPO-R结合参与肺癌的发生过程。 Objective To investigate the expression of erythropoietin (EPO) and EPO receptor ( EPO-R ) in lung cancer ( LC ). Methods The expression of EPO-R was detected by immunohistochemistry and the expression of EPO was detected by ELISA in 12 Lung squamous cell carcinoma patients and 15 adenocarcinoma patients. Results The result showed that the expression of EPO were unrelated to pTNM stage, histological type, histological grade and lymph node metastasis ( P 〉 0.05 ). The positive rate of EPO-R in LC was significantly higher than those in the control ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion EPO can come into LC tissues and combine with EPO-R, which may be involved in tumorigenesis.
