The Survey and Thinking about Ascending the Villagers Security

安全感是一种主体感觉,即个体或群体在社会生活或情感生活中怀有的一种持续稳定的不惧怕之感。村民安全感是村民对多种影响因素的集成反应。由于村民自身的各种限制、基层组织工作的不到位及社会大环境的不利影响,村民安全感在总体上不容乐观。文章在实地调查的基础上,提出了以民为本,建设服务型基层组织;凸显主体精神,逐步增强村民安全感意识;协同推进,构建村民安全感多元治理结构等对策建议。

Security is a subject feeling, a sustaining, stable and fearless feeling of the individual or group in social life or emo- tional life. The villagers security is the integrated reactions to various factors. Because of the villagers＂ own constraints, the perform- ance inefficiency of grassroots government and the adverse effect of social macro - environment, the villagers security isnt optimistic in general. The paper puts forward some suggestions on the basis of field investigation, such as constructing people - oriented service or- ganizations at the grass - roots level, highlighting subject spirit and enhancing the villagers security consciousness gradually, building and promoting securityg multiple governance structure eollaboratively.
