建国前河北省水文站网状况分析

Analysis of Hydrological Network in Hebei Province Before New China

为了彻底查清建国前河北省水文站网和水文资料情况,河北省水文水资源勘测局开展了编写《河北省水文站名览》的工作。文中考证了河北省境内水文站的设立和水文资料记载的最早时间,对1949年以前水文站的设立与管理机构及其隶属关系进行了详细的核查和研究,对于水文站的分部情况进行了统计分析,同时,对于该时期水文站的设立原因、水文资料的特性与作用进行了分析。

In order to thoroughly investigate the hydrological network and hydrologicM data in Hebei Province before New China, Hebei Bureau of Hydrology ~ Water Resources Survey set about compiling the Hydrological Station Directory in Hebei Province. In the book, the establishment of hydrological station and the earliest time of the establishment in hydrological data was checked. The establishment of hydro- logical stations, the administration, and their membership relation prior to 1949 were studied in detail. The distribution of hydrological stations was analysed, meanwhile, the establishment causes of hydrologi- cal stations, and the characteristics and function of hydrological data in the period were also analysed.
