摘要
采用二层结构,将PowerPoint与Excel通过VBA编程进行有机结合,以演示文稿作为数据输出界面,以电子表格作为后台数据库,充分发挥各自的优势,扩展了PowerPoint的功能,既提高了工作效率,又增加了幻灯片的动态性和交互性。
Abstract：Using the two-story structure, we combine PowerPoint with Excel through VBA program- ming. Taking the presentation as data output interface, the spreadsheet as a back-end database, we give full play to their respective advantages, extend the features of PowerPoint, so as to improve the work effi- ciency and increase the dynamic and interactivity of slideshow.
