Thinking on the Compilation of Index on Special Literature of Modern Yunnan Economic Resources

本文通过回顾云南历史，构想裒辑编制专题索引，钩沉拾遗有关云南近代经济资源的文献，并按矿产、农、林、牧、烟草、茶、糖、土特产、生态资源部次，著录文章的篇名、著译者、出版单位、所载报刊及刊载时间卷期等，并以“叙录体”揭示报导内涵，便于决策者、规划者及企业单位“览录知旨，观目洞悉”，籍此“二次文献”能谙熟历史、掌握信息，充分发挥图书馆参考咨询职能作用。参考文献3。

This paper elaborated the thinking of compiling the index on special literature on the base of revie- wing Yunnan history. The compilation is intended to collect the table of contents of literature and periodicals of mod- em Yunnan economic resources ~ catalog according to the classification of minerals ~ agriculture 9 forestry, animal hus- bandry, tobacco, tea, sugar, land specialty and ecological resources, and then record literature title, author and translator, publishing unit, the volumes and time of the newspapers contained for the purpose of formulating secondary source in the style of description and recording and reveal the connotation of literature. Decision - makers, planners and business units thereby could be familiar with history and information by reading it, which gives full play to the reference function of library. 3 Refs.
