摘要
随着文化部、财政部《关于推进全国美术馆公共图书馆文化馆（站）免费开放工作的意见》的发布及免费开放经费的到位，安宁馆及时调整充实了服务内容及工作要求，并在免费开放工作中更加注重文献补充、加强服务技能、开展讲座及读者活动。作者结合本馆工作实践，对免费开放中存在的问题提出了自己的思考。参考文献4。
With the announcement of Views on Promoting Free Opening of National Art Museum, Public Library and Cultural Centers （Stations） by the Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Finance, the funds for free opening have been made in full. Therefore, Anning Library adjusted timely service content and job requirements, pay more atten- tion to literature supplement in free opening, improve service skills, and develop lectures and readers＇ activities. This paper, combined with the practices of Anning Library, put forward some ideas and suggestions for the implemen- tation of free opening. 4 Refs.
