维生素D受体基因BsmⅠ位点多态性与儿童1型糖尿病发生的Meta分析 被引量:3

Relationship Between BsmⅠ Vitamin D Receptor Gene Polymorphism and Childhood Type 1Diabetes Mellitus : A Meta-Analysis

摘要 目的评价维生素D受体(VDR)基因BsmⅠ位点多态性与儿童1型糖尿病(T1DM)的相关性。方法自行制定检索策略:以"VDR","vitamin D receptor","T1DM","type 1diabetes mellitus","genepolymorphism"等为检索词(不区分大小写),检索PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMbase,Springer和Ovid数据库;以"1型糖尿病"、"T1DM"、"维生素D受体基因"、"多态性"、"儿童"等为检索词,检索中国学术期刊全文数据库[清华同方(CNKI)]、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)和万方数据库中的对照研究文献。检索时间为建库至2010年9月20日。对检索到的相关参考文献进行手工搜索。采用RevMan 5.1版统计学软件对VDR基因BsmⅠ位点基因型在儿童T1DM组与对照组中是否有差异进行Meta分析。结果按照检索策略共检索出符合条件的文献为7篇,T1DM组共纳入患者为948例,对照组为1055例。根据各项研究异质性检验结果,利用固定效应模型对VDR基因BsmⅠ位点的Bb,bb,Bb+bb基因型与T1DM相关性进行Meta分析,各项研究的合并优势比(OR)值(95%CI)结果分别为0.68(0.48~0.96)、0.64(0.47~0.88)和0.63(0.48~0.82)。结论 VDR基因BsmI位点多态性可降低儿童T1DM发生。 Objective To explore the correlation of Bsm Ⅰ vitamin D receptor(VDR)gene polymorphism and type 1diabetes mellitus(T1DM)in children.Methods Taking"VDR","vitamin D receptor","T1DM","type 1diabetes mellitus","gene polymorphism"as the key words,We searched PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMbase,Springer,Ovid,Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),China Biology Medicine(CBM)and Wanfang Data to collected all the publications about the correlation between BsmⅠ VDR gene polymorphism and T1DM in children.Meta-analysis was performed for checking the difference between two groups about genotypes such as Bb,bb,Bb+bb by Revman 5.1software.Results A total of 7studies involving 948T1DM children and 1055healthy children were included in the Meta-analysis.According to the heterogeneity test results of these studies,pooled ORvalue(95%CI)of Meta-analysis of Bb,bb,Bb+bb genotype of BsmⅠVDR gene polymorphism by fixed effect model were 0.68(0.48-0.96),0.64(0.47-0.88)and 0.63(0.48-0.82).Conclusions This Meta-analysis demonstrates the correlation between BsmⅠVDRgene polymorphism and T1DM in children.
