摘要
鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)作为特异度的肿瘤标志物,被广泛应用于宫颈鳞状细胞癌(SCC)的早期辅助诊断、预后风险因素评估、手术放化疗疗效评价及复发监测随访中。笔者拟就SCC-Ag在宫颈癌中的临床应用现状及研究进展进行综述如下。
Squamous cell carcinoma antigen（SCC-Ag）,as a specific tumor marker,has been widely applied in the adjuvant diagnosis,prognostic risk evaluation,therapeutic monitoring and follow-up of recurrence in patients with squamous cell carcinoma（SCC）of uterine cervix.Both recent clinical application and progress of SCC-Ag is reviewed in this paper.
