摘要
采用不同质量浓度赤霉素(GA3)、噻苯隆(TDZ)和细胞分裂素(6-BA)对无籽西瓜种子进行处理,研究外源激素对无籽西瓜种子活力及幼苗长势的影响。结果表明:TDZ能显著提高种子活力,0.10 mg.L-1TDZ处理9 h效果最佳,其发芽率和发芽势较对照提高了34.18%和38.28%,且对幼苗长势无不良影响;GA3有较强的提高种子活力作用,但处理后会导致壮苗指数下降以及畸形苗率升高;6-BA处理对种子萌发及幼苗长势无显著影响。
The seeds of seedless watermelon were soaked with different concentrations of GA3,TDZ and 6-BA to study their effects on germination and seedling growth of seedless watermelon.The results showed that TDZ promoted the seed germination significantly,the seeds showed the best activities after being treated in 0.10 mg.L-1TDZ for 9 hours;the seed germination rate and germination energy were 34.18% and 38.28% higher than control,respectively.There was no adverse effect on seedling growth.GA3showed outstanding performance on promoting seed germination,however,it lead to decline of seeding index and increase of abnormal seedling rate.6-BA had no significant effects on seed germination and seedling growth.
