高能紫外光最小红斑量值测定在白癜风治疗中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨高能紫外光最小红斑量值测定在白癜风治疗中的应用及其与性别、年龄、皮肤日光反应类型的关系。方法:利用304nm高能紫外光(DuaLightTMUV120-2)测定本院122例白癜风患者的皮肤最小红斑量值MED,测量后比较其与性别、年龄、皮肤日光反应类型的关系。结果:122例白癜风患者的MED值为(176.23±49.163)mJ/cm2,范围为90~330mJ/cm2;Ⅲ型皮肤为(143.82±33.923)mJ/cm2(90~210mJ/cm2),Ⅳ型皮肤为(211.92±53.856)mJ/cm2(120~330mJ/cm2),Ⅲ型MED值要显著低于Ⅳ型(P<0.05);男性患者中,Ⅲ型为(152.18±32.133)mJ/cm2(90~210mJ/cm2),Ⅳ型为(219.36±52.613)mJ/cm2(150~330mJ/cm2),男性患者Ⅲ型显著低于Ⅳ型(P<0.05);女性患者中,Ⅲ型为(152.11±29.116)mJ/cm2(90~210mJ/cm2),Ⅳ型为(216.57±53.211)mJ/cm2(120~330mJ/cm2),女性患者Ⅲ型也显著低于Ⅳ型(P<0.05)。男、女性别组间和各年龄组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:皮肤日光反应类型是高能紫外光最小红斑量值的重要影响因素,其与性别和年龄无明显关系。 Objective:To explore the minimal erythematic dose(MED)of skin to high-energy ultraviolet in the treatment of vitiligo. Then we observe its relationship to age,sex,skin types of sunlight.Method:122 vitiligo patients were observed. All patients skin was tested by Dua Light TM UV120-2. Result:The MED value was(176.23±49.163)mJ/cm 2 ,(range:90-330 mJ/cm 2 )among all 122 vitiligo patients.It was(143.82±33.923)mJ/cm 2 (range:90~210mJ/cm 2 )in skin type Ⅲ .and(211.92±53.856)mJ/cm 2 (range:120~330 mJ/cm 2 )in skin type Ⅳ .The MED value in skin type Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in skin type IV(P &lt;0.05).Among males,the MED value(152.18±32.133)mJ/cm 2 (90~210 mJ/cm 2 )in skin type Ⅲ, and(219.36±52.613)mJ/cm 2 (150~330 mJ/cm 2 )in skin type IV.Among females,the MED value was(152.11±29.116)mJ/cm 2 (90~210 mJ/cm 2 ) in skin type Ⅲ,and(216.57±53.211)mJ/cm 2 (120~330 mJ/cm 2 )in skin type IV.The MED value in skin type Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in skin type IV among both males and females(P &lt;0.05).Conclusion:Determination of high-energy ultraviolet minimal erythematic dose of skin in the treatment of vitiligo is mainly dependent on the skin types to sunlight,but it is not related to sex and age.
