摘要
目的:探讨应用临床路径对人工髋关节置换患者实施健康教育的效果。方法:将80例人工髋关节置换术患者分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用常规健康教育方法,观察组应用临床路径实施健康教育,依据已制定的临床路径健康教育流程在不同治疗阶段实施健康教育。结果:两组患者健康教育知晓率、掌握自我护理技能状况及对护士工作满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用临床路径对髋关节置换术患者实施健康教育,有利于促进患者康复,密切护患关系,提高患者的满意度,有利于优化护理程序,提高服务品质。
Objective:To study the effect of clinical pathway on the hip arthroplasty patients with health education. Method:80 patients with hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into the control group and the observational group(40 cases in each group). Routine health education was carried out for control group,and clinical pathway health education was administrated for observational group.Clinical pathway health education should be differently administered under different stages.Result:The knowing rates of health education,mastery of self-nursing skill and satisfactions for nursing work were compared between the control group and the observational group,there were significant differences in two groups(P &lt;0.05).Conclusion:Clinical pathway health education is carried out on hip arthroplasty patients,which can promote rehabilitation,advance nurse-patient relationship,improve patient’s satisfaction,optimize nurse staffing and enhance service quality.
