2X4矫治术与前方牵引器治疗替牙期三类错的疗效对比研究

The Analysis of the Effects of the 2X4 Corrective Technique and the Maxillary Protraction’s in the Treatment of Class Ⅲ Malocclusion in Mixed Dentition

目的:旨在分析2X4矫治术与前方牵引器在治疗替牙期Ⅲ类牙颌畸形的临床价值。方法:选取2010年2月-2012年6月在本院治疗的替牙期安氏Ⅲ类牙颌畸形的患者73例,按照随机的原则将患者分为牵引组和矫治组,分别采用前方牵引器治疗与2X4矫治术治疗。结果:前方牵引器的疗效明显优于2X4矫治术,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床医师应该根据患者的具体实际情况来选择合适的治疗方式。

Objective：To analyze the clinical value of 2X4 corrective technique and the maxillary protraction in the Treatment of Class Ⅲ Malocclusion in Mixed Dentition.Method：Selected 73 cases Ⅲ malocclusion in mixed dentition patients in our hospital from February 2009 to June 2012. They were divided into two groups randomly,the maxillary protraction group and the corrective technique,conducted the maxillary protraction and 2X4 corrective technique respectively.Result：In the group of maxillary protraction,the effect was superior to 2X4 corrective technique,the difference was statistically significant between the groups（ P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The Doctors should choose the best therapy according to the situation of the patients.
