超声引导下穿刺治疗肾囊肿48例

Study of Ultrasound Guided Puncture for the Treatment of 48 Cases of Renal Cyst

目的:探讨超声引导下穿刺治疗肾囊肿的临床疗效。方法:将96例肾囊肿患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用开放手术治疗,观察组采用超声引导下穿刺术治疗。结果:观察组住院时间、出血量、手术时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组生理状态、心理状态、环境状态、社会状态评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:超声引导下穿刺治疗肾囊肿疗效可靠,能有效改善患者预后。

Objective：To investigate the effect of ultrasound guided puncture for the treatment of renal cyst.Method：96 cases of renal cyst were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group was treated by open surgical operation. Observation group used ultrasound guided puncture in the treatment.Result：The hospitalization time,bleeding volume,operation time of the observation group were better than that in control group,there were significant differences（P ＆lt;0.01）. After treatment,the physiological state,psychological state,state of the environment,social status of the observation group were better than that in control group,there were significant differences（P ＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion：Ultrasound guided puncture for the treatment of renal cyst curative effect is reliable,it can improve the prognosis of patients.
