沙美特罗氟替卡松粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的效果研究

The Research of the Effect of Fluticasone Salmeterol Powder Inhalation in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的:探讨沙美特罗氟替卡松粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院收治的82例支气管哮喘患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组各41例,其中对照组单用氟替卡松进行治疗,治疗组采用沙美特罗氟替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,比较治疗后两组患者的临床疗效以及肺功能指数用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰流速(PEF)、用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大呼气中期流速(MMEF)。结果:疗程结束后,治疗组的总有效率高达92.68%,显著高于对照组的总有效率82.93%(P<0.05),治疗组的显效率为31.71%,显著高于对照组的24.39%(P<0.05);治疗组患者的FVC、PEF、FEV1、MMEF的改善率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:沙美特罗氟替卡松粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘,临床疗效显著,明显改善肺功能指数,患者依从性好。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of fluticasone salmeterol powder inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Method：The clinical data of 82 cases of bronchial asthma patients in our hospital was taken for retrospective analysis.According to the differences of the treatment method,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group,and 41 cases in each group,the control group was taken with single fluoride fluticasone treatment,and the treatment group was taken with salmeterol fluorine behalf of carcassonne powder for inhalation therapy,the clinical efficacy,lung function index forced vital capacity（FVC）,peak expiratory flow rate（PEF）,forced expiratory volume（FEV1）,maximum mid-expiratory flow rate（MMEF）of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared.Result：After the end of treatment,the total efficiency of the treatment group was up to 92.68%,significantly higher than the total efficiency of 82.93%（P ＆lt;0.05）.The effective rate in the control group was 31.71%, significantly higher than the control group（24.39%）（ P ＆lt;0.05）.the improvement for the treatment group of patients with FVC,PEF,FEV1,the MMEF were significantly higher than that of the control group（P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy for fluticasone salmeterol powder inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma is significant,and it can significantly improve lung function index,and the patient’s compliance is better.
