支气管动脉灌注联合^(125)I粒子植入治疗中晚期肺癌的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Bronchial Artery Infusion Combined with ^(125)I Seed Implantation in the Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer

目的:分析中晚期肺癌患者采用支气管动脉灌注联合125I粒子植入治疗的临床疗效。方法:回顾本院收治的120例中晚期肺癌患者的临床资料,将其分为实验组(支气管动脉灌注、125I粒子植入联合)和对照组(支气管动脉灌注)两组,比较两组临床疗效。结果:实验组术后肿瘤大小、有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于中晚期肺癌患者来说,实施支气管动脉灌注联合125I粒子植入治疗效果显著,成为首先治疗方案。

Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of bronchial artery infusion combined with 125I seed implantation in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Method：Clinical data of 120 patients with advanced lung cancer in our hospital were analyzed,all patients were divided into experimental group（ treated with bronchial artery infusion combined with 125I seed implantation）and control group（ treated with bronchial artery infusion ）,clinical effect of two groups were compared. Result：The postoperative tumor size,efficiency rate of experimental group were better than than control group,the difference was significant（P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：For advanced lung cancer patients,the clinical efficacy of bronchial artery infusion combined with 125I seed implantation is significant,should be used as first treatment programs .
