摘要
医患关系不协调的本质是信任危机,有效的医患沟通是增强医患互信的保证,是保障诊疗活动有序开展的基础,也是建立良好医患关系、减少医疗纠纷的关键举措。通过近年对临床医学生参加考试情况的研究,发现他们在医患沟通上存在一些问题,针对这些问题进行分析并提出临床医学生医患沟通能力提高的多种途径。
The essence of inharmonic doctor-patient relationship is confidence crisis,and effective communication is conductive to mutual trust between doctor and patients,ordered diagnosis and treatment,and reducing of medical disputes.In recent years,through the researching of medical OCSE examinations,we can find that there are some problems in the doctor-patient communication,so in this paper,the author analyzed these issues and identified a variety of ways to improve doctor-patient communication skills for clinical medical students.
