医学研究生职业价值观调查与思考

On the Vocational Value of Medical Postgraduate Students

为更好地开展就业指导,以医学研究生为研究对象,以福建医科大学研究生为调查对象,了解医学研究生职业价值观。调查表明:医学研究生职业价值主体自我化、价值目标相对短视,注重物质利益的获得、就业评价标准务实,就业实现手段单一化、创业意识相对缺乏。在此基础上笔者进行思考,提出对策和建议,引导医学研究生树立健康的职业价值观。

In order to provide better employment consultant,we attached a survey on the postgraduates of Fujian Medical University.Surveys revealed that they tended to egotize the subject of vocational value,put heavy emphasis on short time and material benefits.They strived for thoroughness by means of employment evaluation criterion,tended to simplify the ways employment and relatively lack of consciousness starting their own career.We made analysis on this basis and proposed some measures to set up healthy occupational value in medical postgraduate students.
