It is inevitable for medical new graduates to confuse and not adapt to the environment.This paper explores solutions to the problems of medical students＇ role conversion,so as to make them change their attitude as soon as possible,to establish a good image of the doctor,and build a harmonious relationship between doctor and patients,to adapt to the new social environment and complete the role conversion from the clinical practice to clinical staff.
