摘要
完善有效的辅导员绩效考评体系,充分体现目标管理理论在绩效考评中的作用。根据目前辅导员绩效管理的实际,创新管理模式,将目标管理理论运用于绩效考评实践,实行辅导员绩效考评目标管理制度。通过目标制定、实施、考评等运行过程和绩效反馈,实现辅导员绩效评价科学化。
Under the correct leadership and caring of the Party Committees,Communist Youth League held the high great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics,took Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents"as the guidance,thoroughly implemented the scientific concept of development,adhered to make contributions on the job and strengthen team work ethic in the service,closely rounded the center of the work of the school,and continue to strengthen the construction of campus culture,comprehensively promoted quality education of college students,actively explored the scientific method of group work construction,and achieved gratifying results,has made a positive contribution to the growth and success for the development of higher education and university students.
