Furthering the political handovers of democratic parties in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement to build high-quality participatory parties and to enhance their political ability of participating multiparty cooperation.The efficient ways and practical measures to boost democratic parties in colleges and universities and to further the political handovers are such actions as establishing,improving and strengthening ideological education and political guide measures,consolidating party consciousness and measures of political-handover responsibilities,strengthening measures of building the leading bodies and the ranks of its cadres,enhancing participation and advice,and measures of supervision from the democratic parties.
