摘要
本实验观察到正了酸钠能有效地抑制人胃腺癌细胞系的增殖,查明其生长特性。在光镜下看到,经过正丁酸钠处理的胃癌细胞体积增大,充分铺展,核与质比例下降。电镜下可见这些细胞表面微绒毛减少或消退;高尔基复合体组数增多,体积较大,具有典型的完整结构;粗面内质网变长;游离核糖体减少。这两类形态结构的变化可作为癌细胞分化的指标。
The changes of the human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line ( MGc80-3 ) on the charicteristics of growth, morphology and. ultrastructure after the treatment with n-sodium butyrate were studied preliminarily. The results indicated that 1.5 mM n-sodium butyrate could effectively inhibit the generation of MGc80-3 cell line. After treatment with the drug, the observation of light microscopy showed that the cells increased in size, spread fully, while the nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio decreased. The observation of electron microscopy showed that the microvilli on the cell surface diminished and was replaced by the ragged and vesicle-shaped structures, The structures of the nuclei and nucleoli were changed obviously. The Go-1gi complex was larger and increased in number, with typical morphology. The rough nedoplasmic reticulum elongoed and the number of free ribosomes decreased. The results mentioned above suggested that these properties on the growth, morphology and ultrastructure could be used as one of the indexes during the study of induced differentiation.
