前列地尔与常频通气联合治疗新生儿持续肺动脉高压疗效观察 被引量:3

Observation of Alprostadil and Normal Frequency Ventilation Combined Treatment of Neonatal Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension

摘要 目的:观察前列地尔与常频通气联合治疗新生儿持续肺动脉高压的疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的40例PPHN新生儿,随机分为通气组和联合组,各20例,其中应用前列地尔联合常频通气治疗的20例为联合组,常规机械通气的20例为通气组。比较两组治疗后PaO2、PaCO2等血气结果及治疗总有效率等。结果:联合组患儿血气分析结果较通气组改善程度好,联合组总有效率为95%,显著高于通气组的65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔与常频通气联合治疗新生儿持续肺动脉高压疗效显著,值得推广。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of alprostadil combined CMV for treatment of newborn PPHN.Methods: 40 PPHN new borns were chosen and randomly divided into ventilation group which was given routine mechanical ventilation and combination group which was given alprostadil combined CMV, each with 20 cases.Blood gas results like Pan2, PaCO2 and total effective rate of both groups after treatment were compared.Results: Blood gas results of combination group was better than ventilation group, and total effective rate of comb/nation group was 95% obviously super/or to ventilation group 65%(P〈0.05). Conclusion : Alprostadil combined CMV for treatment of newborn PPHN has a significant clinical effect and should be Dooularized.
