摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对老年脑卒中伴有吞咽功能障碍的患者的疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的老年脑卒中伴有吞咽功能障碍的患者140例,随机分为护理干预组(试验组)和常规护理组(对照组),观察对比两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率、总满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:积极的心理干预和辅助康复训练护理手段对于老年脑卒中伴有吞咽功能障碍的患者具有较好的疗效。
Objective： To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on elderly stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction.Methods： Selecting of elderly stroke admitted in the author＇s hospital accompanied by swallowing dysfunction patients 140 cases, were randomly divided into the nursing intervention group （experimental group） and routine nursing group（control group）, observed compared two groups of treatment effect.Results： After treatment, the total efficiency and satisfaction degrees of study group were higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Positive psychological intervention and auxiliary rehabilitation nursing measures for elderly with swallowing dysfunction in patients with cerebral apoplexy has a better curative effect.
