浙江楠后选模式标本的重新指定

On the redesignation of lectotype of Phoebe chekiangensis

现有国家二级重点保护植物——浙江楠后选模式标本选择违背了《国际植物命名法规》有关法规,需要重新指定。经过文献研究与标本查阅,重新指定向其柏707号标本为浙江楠的后选模式标本。

Phoebe chekiangensis, a key state-protected trees, is valuable in both timber and landscape architecture. Thus it is quite essential to give it an unambiguous name for effective scientific communication. According to the rules of latest International Code of Botanical Nomenclature（ICBN） , Vienna Code, 2005, a scientific name of Phoebe chekian- gensis was given. A thorough investigation on literatures and specimens has been made. Phoebe chekiangensis C. B. Shang ex P. T. Li contradicted the rules of ICBN. The lectotype of Phoebe chekiangensis was redesignated here.
