摘要 人才资源共享代表了行为科学中新兴的研究领域。通过对人才资源共享的研究,特别是基于社会资本与过程有效性视角的研究,能够更清晰地理解组织绩效变化的原因及组织变革路径的选择。论文梳理了国内外人才资源共享概念,比较了人才资源共享测量量表的设计,基于"过程-结果"的研究范式,构建了人才资源共享指标体系,提出人才资源共享的社会资本机理研究、人才资源共享向组织创造力转化机理研究将是未来人才资源共享研究的重要议题。 Research on human resource sharing represents the emerging area of research on behavior sci- ence. Through the research on human resource sharing, especially in the perspective of social capital and process effectiveness, we are able to understand reasons for the change of organization performance more clearly, and have a more profound understanding of organization change. The paper reviews concepts of human resource shar- ing at home and abroad, and compares measuring table design of the human resource sharing. Based on the re- search paradigm of "process-resuh", we construct the index system of human resource sharing, and propose that research on formation mechanism in the perspective of social capital of human resource sharing and transforma- tion mechanism from human resource sharing to organization creativity will be important issues for human re- source sharing research in the future.
