摘要
核电项目土建阶段的材料控制工作包括如何规范设计、采购接口协调流程、预埋件、预埋设备供货管理,它是设计出图、现场施工顺利进行、推进大宗材料标准化和库存建设、保证大宗材料供货进度的有力保证,也是安装阶段工作顺利开展的基础。文章结合多项目管理经验,对材料控制工作进行了反馈和总结,以期在后续项目中不断提高管理水平。
The schedule control of civil construction material of nuclear power projects includes regulation of the design, procurement coordination, embedded equipment supply management, etc.. Being the basis of installa- tion work, it is very important for people to guarantee site construction smoothly, promote the standardization construction of bulk materials and inventory, and make arrangements for the bulk material delivery. In this pa- per, the material control work is summarized based on the experience in project management, and it is benefi- cial to improve the management level in the subsequent project.
