摘要
分子标记技术可以弥补和克服杂交种纯度形态学及同工酶鉴定中的许多缺陷和难题,为作物杂交种纯度鉴定提供一种准确、可靠、快速、方便的方法。通过综述几种常用分子标记技术的原理、优缺点及其在作物杂交种纯度鉴定中的应用现状,展望了分子标记检测技术在杂交种纯度检测乃至遗传育种、良种推广中的重要性,以期为研究分子标记技术提供参考。
Molecular marker technology provides an accurate, reliable, fast and convenient method for purity identification of crop hybrids, for it can overcome the deficiencies and problems in the morphological and isozyme identification of hybrid purity. This article reviewed principles, advantages and disadvantages and research status of several commonly used molecular marker technologies in the purity identification of crop hybrids, and discussed the importance roles of molecular marker detection technology played in hybrid purity identification, genetic breeding and extension of improvedcultivars, in order to provide references for the molecular marker research.
