14-3-3蛋白在植物碳氮代谢中的作用

摘要 14-3-3蛋白是一种重要的信号转导调节分子,通过与磷酸化的目标靶蛋白相结合,调节植物的一系列生命活动过程,包括生长发育、糖代谢、氮素的吸收和利用等。概述了14-3-3蛋白的结构、种类、分布,并重点介绍了14-3-3蛋白在植物碳氮代谢中的作用,同时提出研究14-3-3蛋白的功能、探讨其在植物糖代谢中的调控机制,对今后农作物品质改良具有重要意义。 As an important signal transduction regulator in plants, 14-3-3 proteins regulate many life activities including growth and development, carbohydrate metabolism, assimilation and utilization of nitrogen through interacting with many phosphorylated target proteins. In this paper, we overviewed the structure, kind and distribution of 14-3-3 proteins, and discussed the roles of 14-3-3 proteins played in plant carbon and nitrogen metabolism in detail. In addition, we pointed out that it was important to study the function and regulation mechanisms of 14-3-3 proteins in plants for crop quality improvement.
