郧阳山区菊芋资源利用现状及开发前景展望

Utilization Status and Development Prospects of Helianthus tuberosus Germplasm Resources in Yunyang Mountainous Area

通过对郧阳山区菊芋资源利用现状、生物学特性、营养特征、医学价值、对水资源区的生态功能保护等方面分析的基础上,提出了菊芋的开发前景及水资源区适度规模种植的意义,以期多渠道为农民增收,为社会提供更多生态产品,为菊芋产品深加工综合应用提供科学依据。

： On the analysis of the utilization status, biological characteristics, nutritional characteristics, medical value and ecological protection function on water area of Helianthus tuberosus in Yunyang mountainnous area, we put forward development prospects and the significance of moderate-scale planting of H. tuberosus in Yunyang mountainous area, in order to increase farmers＇ income, rich the kinds of ecological products, and provide scientific basis for the integrated application of deep processing of H. tuberosus products.
