中国和其他国家经济发展与能源消费关联性指标的比较

Comparisons Between China and Other Countries on the Correlations Between Energy Consumption and Economic Development Based on Some Indexes

将能源消费弹性系数、绝对能源消费弹性系数及能源消费强度3种指标应用于美国、日本、印度及中国,根据这些指标对中国和这几个国家经济发展与一次能源消费量之间的关系进行了比较分析.结果表明:能源消费弹性系数、绝对能源消费弹性系数及能源消费强度这3种指标虽然各有不同,但都从某一角度反映了4个国家能源消费与经济发展关联性的现状.通过对比分析,发现中国经济发展和能源消费结构中存在的问题,并提出了可供政府决策和企业参考的建议.

The indexes of elasticity coefficient of energy consumption, absolute energy consumption coefficient and energy consumption intensity were applied to compare the relationship between energy consumption and economic development of the United States, Japan, India, and China. The results show, the three indexes can reflect to some extent the status quo of the four countries in energy consumption and economic development from different angles of view. A few suggestions and countermeasures were provided to governments and corporations for decision making.
