This paper gives a brief introduction to the general situation and market demand of TFT-LCD electronic glass substrate in China and compares the main technological and economic indicators of two major processes for the TFT-LCD electronic glass substrate manufacture. This paper also mentions that great importance should be attached to the development and application of the electronic glass substrate manufacturing process with float forming technology so as to serve for the quick development of domestic electronic glass industry.
