摘要
介绍一种8mm波导结环行器的仿真设计方法,分析了环行器内部的电磁场,在仿真时采用了Ansoft Hfss和Ansoft Maxwell软件实现电磁联合仿真,有效的保证了仿真的准确性。在32.5GHz-36GHz频段,实测结果为驻波小于1.2,损耗小于0.4dB,隔离大于20dB。
A method for design and simulation of 8 mm waveguide junction circulator is presented, and the electro- magnetic field within the circulator is analyzed. The combined electromagnetic simulation is implemented by using Ansoft HFSS and Ansoft Maxwell software so as to ensure accuracy of simulation effciently. The actual test result indicates that the VSWR is less than 1.2, the loss is less than 0.4dB and the isolation is more than 20dB in frequency range of 32.5 - 36GHz.
