摘要
采用宏观、微观及SEM等分析检测方法,对布料器溜槽托圈(ZG35CrMo)进行断裂原因分析,结果表明高炉布料器溜槽连接部位托圈在使用过程中严重磨损腐蚀;形成割裂基体的针状组织;铬、钼含量明显低于国标和冶标标准要求是造成托圈断裂的主要原因。
In the article, the causes for fracture of trunnion ring (ZG35CrMo) for chute of distributor are analyzed with macro,micro and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) test methods. The results show that the main causes are trunnion ring at joint of chute of distributor on blast furnace is abraded and corroded seriously, acicular structure with the split matrix as well as the contents of chromium and molybdenum are significantly lower than the standard requirements of GB and YB.
